Negative Homeless Value

Hi, I'm a newcomer to Siumutrans. Love the game but one bug I noticed is that under the town hall information, the number of homeless people of one of my smaller cities was "-1." Unfortunatly I didn't save the game and haven't been able to reproduce the bug... I haven't looked into the code but it shouldn't be much trouble to trace.

THis can happen after building construction if the desired level was not available but a higher level needed to be used instaed. You can get (small) neagtive jobless numbers too.

A cosmetic improvement would be to list the negative numbers as "Empty housing" and "Unfilled jobs"  :-)
