I'm not sure you need many aircraft for this. Something seems to have happened on the runway. There has been some bugs with runway reservations, but I don't know if any of them affected 112.3. Reservation bugs related to saving and then loading a game has also been a problem, but I think those were between 112.3 and 120.0.
