Yep, it is... there are not more buses than ever.

Is there any best pak64 addon?

I'm using pak96.comic and pak128.Britain. Mostly pak96.comic.

Did you check the pak64 addons section? there you have more than 50 different buses. In addition, there're a lot of stuff at addons.simutrans.com and archive.forum.simutrans.com
