Simutrans on Iphone

I've heard something that there's a Simutrans version for IPhone,
Is this truth? It's supported by the Simutrans team or someone made it?
Any info is welcome.

I don't know how to search here, I've searched about before and got no results, but now I understood what i did wrong.
I was searching on the search box inside a board.

I can't find it on apple store, is it still available?
I've also searched it on my PC and found that page:
Apple iTunes
I'm trying to install it on iPad.
