bug: inconsistent info about connected stops/factories

I play with station_coverage_factories = 3. Stations show that they are connected to all factories in this radius, but it is not the other way around. See stations: "baringden coail-fired power station dock", "pineville honey lane stop" in this save: https://uran.webstep.net/~vladki/simutrans/test-bug.sve  Power plant and textile mill do not show that they are connected...

Erhhhm, save/load seems to have fixed this for the above mentioned stops. So I tried again - see baringden st.marks square dock. That is bad even after reload - the neughboring power station does nos say it is connected.
