hello. vever had this issue before. my menus and dialog are not in enEnglish i d/l from sourceforg. how
can i fix this.

You can delete the settings file "settings.xml" located in ACCOUNT_NAME\Documents\Simutrans or if using a fixed install on Windows or in the simutrans folder if using a portable install. After this file is deleted you will be asked to choose language next time you start Simutrans.
Or just select a different language using the upper left button in the dialog you posted.
