money message option

This patch enables players to control the display of money messages.

Current simutrans shows all money transactions. This can be annoying because the money messages can fill the screen.


So I made a patch to control the money messages. It can be configured in the display settings. "message of all players", "message of active players" and "no messages" options are available.


Now we can disable the money messages


NOTE: This feature is already incorporated into OTRP.

Simutrans shows at maximum 50 messages, the oldest one are then discarded. Anyway incorporated in r8573 , but using a combobox for this purpose.
