Just had a quick look at it....Very Nice!! There's a few little problems i have found, but apart from that, a very good start :) I look forward to the future of this pak.

I just have added new banner to my signature ...

This pak set is really good.
Of course, graphics are great. I like moving staffs, small animations.
Townscapes are also beautiful and well-balanced. (good cityrules and good ratio of low-rise buildings, open spaces and fields to tall buildings)

As well, game balance is good.
Easy to start game, less production, many big attractions in cities, all things never bore me during long playing time.

It is very fun to transport passengers and goods.
To think about how I can transport them is really fun.
When I met Simutrans and played it for the first time, Simutrans was like this.
And Simutrans is still great !

I think most important thing to enjoy Simutrans is imagination and self challenge.
This pak set stretches the imagination of me.

Thank you.

Hi,

I'm a new user, and I've just made a post in 'Praises' to introduce myself and say hello, but I just had to post something here.

I really like pak96. In fact, I'd say it's at least half the reason I decided to climb Simutrans' steep learning curve when I did.

The style reminds me of Patrick Caulfield, who's been one of my favorite artists for years.

(Sorry if that's the wrong way to post images. I'll correct it if someone would be so kind as to tell me how)

Anyway, I have some experience with graphics. Did you say something about needing some powerlines?

Also, I'm a native English speaker, so if you need any help with translations, please let me know. I'd really like to see pak96 more complete, and if there's anything I can do to help it along, I'd be more than happy.  :)

But thanks very much for pak96.

Thank you for your praise, the second! :)

I can need some help for translating. I will send you a PM the next days.

Powerlines? This are very difficult to paint for a first time pak96.comic-painter. Mayby you should at first paint a building!?

Let us discuss about in an other pak96.comic-forum.

Please do :)

Although it'll be more grammar and spelling that I can help with as I'm afraid I only speak English or Thai.
I suppose it wouldn't hurt for me to learn a little German though :)

I had a brief test right away, it's really impressive!

Maybe you wanna make some nice screenshots, hehe.

Sure, I'll be glad to. :D

Do you have any requests? I'll just make some to start, but if you have any requests, please let me know. :D (will do in a few minutes tonight)

sojo

I think, every screenshot is welcome.

You can post it here: http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?topic=37.0

Do you have any requests? (...)
I think complex rail/road networks would be nice.
Perhaps a big central station with many, many vehicles all around. ;)

Or some funny things?

For risk of necro...
I love this pak, I always loved simple and clean graphics, and this pak's got it.

P.S. How active is this pak?  I see the last update is a year ago.

There's a "new" 'beta' version on German Forum. There are also lots of cool addons.

I understand that this is an old topic, but I hate to start new ones unnecessarily.
Just played with this set on and off for a few days and I think its the best graphics package made for the game.  Fantastic work.

Mailaender

It is really visually appealing. Fine lined and detailed cell shading was a very good idea. Very well done.
