Yes, even though I try from time to time to update some dialogues, the english helpfiles are seriously outdated. Especially with the new help center, a general text and some more matching styles might be needed too.
(This goes also for other languages, most notably french, which even has help text for 83.xx ... )
I'd be happy to do some work on the English helpfiles. Do I need an account on SimuTranslator to contribute to that?
Edit: I tried to send a new account request, the page doesn't seem to be working...
This work very well; but the new accounts are made by the administrators manually to avoid spam and only get trusting people to translate. We also have to set the languages and so on. Please check your email.

I've already started work on the help files. Currently sections involving Game Options are 95% complete. Just finished game interface help.
