Integration of list server into the program

Changing the list server based on a setting in simuconf.tab would be a worthwhile addition for the future. If anyone would like to code a patch for this, I should happily incorporate it, but, ideally, it would be common across Standard and Extended.

It would be more ideal to use 2 list servers.

If one fails, the second one is available as a replacement.

The list server is up and happy. Just the DNS is down. The current nightly should also ask for three names for that server before giving up.

Intergrating the server in simuconf.tab is easy though and a good idea. Same for the ip4 request server.
