If you wrote a patch and want to join it, post it here (http://forum.simutrans.com/index.php?board=33.0). If you want other player to test it, I strongly suggest to put also a binary for your OS on http://patches.simutrans-germany.com
It will sit there for 30 days; enough for user to test and comment.
