Are there any available add-ons for sound effects of trains (both pak64 and 128)? Especially those for high-speed ones?

Not a real answer to your request, but some background info:
For that, the sound effect has to be present in a separate file, and the vehicle types in question have to be encoded to use it. Therefore, it's possible to add sound effects, but the approach to replace sound effects files (e.g. for vehicles that exist only encoded as a .pak file) will change the sound of all vehicles that use them.

And in addition: (train) sounds are only played when the train accelerates from a stop, IIRC - so it's not easy to make a distinction between the sounds of highspeed trains and normal trains with the same propulsion system... at least I can't think of any difference there.
