Snow melts but people are still in home
Nothing much special about the picture, the snow has already melted in some areas of the lower city but it's still cold outside and nobody is willing to go out, specially because most of the city is now in the upper city. More for the artistic side than for the simulation.

This SMSC topic es very interesting. I'm from a city whose weather is a little cold. In fact, we say "freeze". So, I like very much sunny weather and spring. But I'm afraid I haven't got a good idea to make a screenshot.
An_dz's screenshot looks very good. ;)

Looking forward to April's, I'll hopefully have the time to actually put something together for this one.
Nevertheless a well-deserved win, it's a beautiful shot :)
