permissive signals

Hello,

for pak128.CS I have made track-circuit-block permissive signals, but they do not seem to behave so. The train is waiting on danger until the next block is free. Moreover the signal has turned to display caution, but the train still does not pass it in drive by sight. http://server.exp.simutrans.com/debug-saves/permissive.sve

I'm not home, so I cannot check any sources. I think the pak-Britain permissive signals are working, did you try and copy-paste a datfile from there and see if that works?
