Tranfered file aint working like the original one

This is the scene:

I did make a copy of the simutrans game to another hard drive. and when i play the game, i noticed that the city road is the default one. I did changed it before to the default city road for the jap128.

but when i play simutrans from the original copy... Its working perfectly...(the city road is the one from jap128. I really dont get it, why the transfered copy is not working the same like the original one?

Hope you guys could help me out to fix this problem...
