I think it is just for extra income for company with toll built on the road.
The vehicle of another company which passes through the toll have to pay the toll fee.

Nope, i think.
I only know that the buses that pass through the toll would earn less than the buses that do not pass through .

My bus pass through the toll, however, nothing is recorded

The Waytoll it´s a rent for a Road then you drive on it.

For example, if you make your buses run on already existing public road, fee is applied, you will have to pay for it. I think this is a very good feature to make think user to move on to his own railroad eventually.
