Change console verbosity?

How do I change Simutrans console verbosity to "just errors"? This could be useful with eSpeak - I want to hear errors, but usual startup things easily overflow the piping buffer.
I'm on Windows, but I bet this could be of use on all systems where both Simutrans and eSpeak can run.

"-log 1 -debug 1" should only report errors
