Factory Disconnect will not save

The new feature in VS 112.0 which allows factories to disconnect will not save. It works while the game is open but on a restart all the factories go back to original connections.

I could not reproduce it. Which pakset and which factories were affected ?

At the moment it is Pak128 vs 112.o-nightly5987 but the game itself was started many nightlys earlier. Giving more thought to the problem, I think the problem is more me than the game having started the original with "connect all factories on".
