[tram electrification] Problems with creation of tram electrification

I prepared one train (not graphically good) electrification some time ago - and currently I try to prepare tram electrification (for pak96.comic). I prepared dat file (with changing of already existing one - from that previous electrification - in accordance with dat file of tram electriciation from pak128) and sheets for back and front images (in attachment).

But electrification does not appears in game.

You can't use waytype=tram_track, only track is allowed. Not sure why.

It might have something to do with the fact that the two waytypes can be connected and vehicles can drive on both.
