Trams in Pak128

I'm playing Simutrans with Pak128. There are no trams. Are there supposed to be trams?

I'm playing on a Windows 7 computer. I installed Simutrans with the Windows download manager available at http://www.simutrans.com/download.htm.

Could you please check a few things:

The tram-depot needs electrication to actually show the trams available, did you build overhead-catenary on the field of the depot?

The first tram is introduced in 1903 i think. When you play with 'timeline on' there won't be any trams before that time.
