Hello,

I have problem loading my savegame with Simutrans Experimental RC 10.9015 - it's Simutrans Standard 112 savegame. Once I try to load it (using the same pakset as Standard, pakset loads normally), I end up with

FATAL ERROR: planquadrat_t::rdwr()
Error while loading game: Uknown ground type '0'
PRESS ANY KEY

Do you know what the problem is? The save game is located at http://sdrv.ms/XSvqXo.

I am not sure why the Standard saved game did not load; Bernd has been working on the RC branch. I should note, however, that you do not have the latest RC, which is 10.9019, and a new one is due when I have the time to build and upload the existing 112.x-merge branch, as Bernd has merged to a later version of Standard. Perhaps you can try the latest version of the RC to see whether that works? It would also be helpful to know what pakset that you are using. Thank you for your report.

I'm using the latest pak128 combined with pak128.cs 0.2 (for reference http://sdrv.ms/13HRpRA). I've downloaded the last RC 9019, but it did not solve the problem. The new error message is:

FATAL ERROR: loadsave_t::rdwr_str()
string longer (35328) than allowed size (1024)
PRESS ANY KEY

In which case, might I suggest that you wait and see whether the new version of the RC that is due to be released presently will solve the problem? If not, then we shall have to investigate. Thank you again for your report.
