[New release candidate] Simutrans 112.0 Experimental 10.9029

A new version of the release candidate for Bernd Gabriel's helpful work on merging the latest stable version of Standard into the latest version of Experimental, Simutrans 112.0 Experimental 10.9029, is available here. This is just the Windows binary, but it should suffice for testing purposes.

It is based on the 10.27 release of the current version of Experimental, and also includes Bernd's work in merging the latest version of Standard (including the new depot display), and some performance optimisation (mainly by Bernd, with a small amount by me). There are also some miscellaneous GUI changes, including making the passenger destination display full resolution rather than based on a 256x256 grid (which is better for viewing on large maps using the main minimap; previously, passenger destinations would appear as town-sized splodges in very large maps), and some changes to the display of rolling resistance in the depot window.

I should be very grateful for all feedback/bug reports, and also any feedback in particular on how this new version performs compared with 10.27.
