induce brake and selling of asset on competitor?

Can I induce the selling of assets on a competitor by console command or something?

Reason is that I let them run wild for too long, They are messing with MY landscape!
.... placing their dirty roads everywhere.... stuck-ing my nice buses...

Oh no, It's a single player game.
I've enabled the competition by the players window and now I regret it.
Bankruptcy (and selling of all assets) happened to me in another game, so I was wondering If I could just fire it by console command. That's all.

Change to the AI in question, build a town and then delete it as public player (you can change to other player by clicking on the triangle).
