Very odd graphical error

For some reason that I cannot fathom, the image for the Clan Line steamer for bulk goods appears to be in black and white.

The loaded image, as displayed in the depot window. It also does not appear to have the smoke set.

Coal and clay appear to be affected. Actually, the problem is perhaps not quite as I thought - the images are not strictly monochrome, although some of the rotations of the coal image - the one used in the depot window - appear to be so. Rather, the shading on the coal and clay images appears to be so much darker than on the empty and other cargo images that much of the ship appears to be a silhouette at certain rotations, especially the hull and chimney.
