Road slope angle

Does any one know what angle the slopes are in?
I'm referring to the in world angle, not the 2D drawn projection on the tile.

Normal slopes are 22.5 degrees, half height slopes 11.25 degrees - at least that's what I've used on 3d models I think.

Well yes but these are the angles with the standard heights of 8 and 16.
