[11.2] Tram refuses to go over rails on road bridge

Hello,

Game is 11.2
Year is 1890
Bridge is Brick bridge 35t
Tram is Steam Tram 1878 5t axle load.

When I put tram rails over the Brick bridge and then want to use a tram over this bridge it says route not found.
I then replace the bridge with a railroad bridge and the tram has no problems with that and goes its merry little way.

I think for bridges axle weight doesn't matter (that's for tracks), but total weight does.

Total weight is not even close to the 35t weight limit of the bridge

I got the bug yesterday. As far as I can see it should be easy to reproduce (I have v11.4 and Pak128.Britain-Ex-0.9.0). Just build a bridge and plot some tram tracks on it. Any tram heavier than the max axle load for the tram track should not be able to pass the bridge - even though the bridge does allow it.

As far as I can see, the max axle load on the tram track gets transformed into a "max bridge load for trams" with the same value.
