New version of PAK128.german released

Version 0.5 of PAK128.german has been released today. You will find it on sourceforge:

('germane' is an obscure enough word to say that it's used like 'relevant' here... hehe)

In Pak128.german gives snow but the snow it not be finish devolpment.
