Minimap dragging broken

Dragging with right-mouse button clicked does not work properly. The minimap is not fully updated, produces strange artifacts, and thus is completely unusable. It worked up to r6829.

The only thing I notice is that you can drag outside the map to the right and down. Also some slight tearing, but that might be a general issue.

I have problems to capture the cursor with the right click

I worked for me with GDI and SDL, with threads and without multithreads. Just the scrolling out of the window needs to be fixed.

I can't reproduce any of the problems you describe. MSVC GDI.

Open the minimap.
Size the window so only the horizontal scroll bar is shown.
Use the horizontal scroll bar to scroll to the far right.
Resize the window to the right - wider.
Observe the right edge of the display where the vertical scroll bar is supposed to be - garbage.

yes, I tested: up to r6829 everything was normal. Later versions do not work (if they compile)
