Railroad crossings cannot be built [r6894 and before]

Somewhere between r6790 and r6875 (both nightly Win-SDL), Simutrans lost the ability to build road-railroad crossings.
Check Pak64 112.3 (nightly has a problem, Wernieman has been informed) or Pak128.Britain r1303 nightly.
How to reproduce: build a straight road, try to build a railroad track across it.

You're right. Tested on Win GDI r6894 with pak128 r1303 and with pak128.CS 0.2.1. It must be game bug.

Thanks, the inheritance lead to fill the wrong crossing itnro and reitre dates, since those were defined twice. Shoudl work in -6895 onwards.
