[11.21] Game crashes in "Lines manager" window

The game always crashing immediately after clicking on "Lines manager" icon. Sometimes a "Lines manager" window is visible in the flow of a few milliseconds. Tested this in few "New Games" and in "Load Game".
Before I upgrade SimuTrans to 11.21 version, everything works fine.

Game crashes in this window, because I add a Monorail system from Simutrans Standart pak128. What can a problem be in?

Thank you for your report. What pakset are you using - Pak128 from Standard, or some other pakset with a Pak128 addon?

This sounds like the monorail-icon to be used in the line manager window is missing.
