The problem is that  are shown 4 different positions by rotate the map.
For some reason  this only happens in pak128britain with scenario "growth".

I can reproduce in latest revision.  The attraction is the one that appears near (56,60) in the map.  I can't imagine why it happens.  Maybe it is related to the height and the point chosen for rotation is at a different height?  Nothing in connection with the scenario code, I guess.

The height of this spot is z=-17. This could be the issue here.

Well, developers spend their time in what they like more or consider more important (this isn't a job).

Besides, the bug isn't a big deal, is it?  It is only a small offset due to choosing the wrong reference point for the rotation axis.  Just zoom out or move slightly each time you rotate the map, meanwhile.
