Annoying industry clustering on map edges.

Is there any way to stop industry from spawning on N and W edge of the map? it is like third of it is very very close to map edge.

This is an old bug from Standard; I believe that it is fixed in more recent versions, and that fix ought to be incorporated into the next major release.
