What do you exactly mean with "..I find the list but it's not there" ? Perhaps you mean the buildings list from any of the map editing tools that allows you to add new buildings to the map? There're attributes from building objects like chance, build_time or level that make the building appear more or less frequently. That influences a lot, especially if you set low values

I was finding my new building addon on the "Build City Building" list and then, it was not there.

Fixed already, just give me more tips please.

Oh, by the way, it seems like you are trying to be polite by saying
"I'm trying to be kind here." if we take it as it is, you really ment so.

In reality, some people, well I would say most of person would feel offended.

You don't express by word/writing your self that you are kind.

When you leave your seat for elder close to you in bus or subway,
would you say "I'm trying to be kind."?

At least in this situation, you are one to do good thing to other person who
might in need.
