Correction of problem with cyr.bdf needed

Some time ago (in February) I asked for explanation of font problem with update of game to version 7503 from older.

Some months passed - and I would like to ask for correction of this - as it was mentioned by TurfIt in that topic, because it seems like nothing happened in this case.
