Hi,
I´m using the newest Simutrans binary with the newest 128 pak and sometimes when a bus is comming to a bus stop I´m not earning money.. Instead I have to pay money.. Why?

How do you exactly know you are paying money? Are you refering to the number that appears over the vehicle when it arrives and stops? If so, that's not the loss, it's the earning althought there's a minus sign before the number.

Mhm ok.
But why I´m not anymore able to make profit when the capacity of the route is at 0% and the busses are driving with 100% occupancy?

Perhaps the route is too long, so althought busses are full the running costs are higher than the profits. What are the figures of those busses (revenue, operative cost and benefit)?

if there are passengers for several stations on the bus, and the bus just drove away from the real destination of some of the passengers (e.g. it is in the other direction), you first pay some kind of "fine" for transporting them in wrong direction, but when they reach their goal they will actually pay enough, to eliminate the fine, and the actual price of the travel (measured in the distance between their real start and destination). So it might happen that on intermediate stations you are billed some money instead of being payed.

Maybe someone can explain this with simpler words ....

Edit: At least this is how I understood the new payment scheme. I'm not even 100% sure if it's active in the current versions. Prissi can tell more about that.

there were at least two other threads, but i can't find them...
