Server simutrans-germany.com unavailable

The Webserver simutrans-germany.com is down, and has been unavailable since yesterday, as it seems. FrankP knows about the problem.

This affects the following functions:
- Nightly builds
- Translation system
- German Wiki
- Filesharing
and others

I also had some problems with Simutranslator on Friday, and I reported them to Frank. He told me that sometimes the database get blocked. Anyway, the server responds to a ping so it's not completly down. Perhaps it's a problem with the DNS.. :-\

If you can ping with domain name, it can not be DNS. More likely the software webserver.
