Transfer time of several months

In some routes the transfer time is of several months. This problem is not new and it was reported before. I created a cider line from a orchard to a train station and from there to a great harbour and from there to a pub.  So it is truck -> train -> ship. The transfer time to the train is normal, however from the train to the ship is not. The line was build in October 1821 and the service started shortly after. I am in June 1822 and nothing happens. The harbour transfer time is 13:06.
I don't know if you are already aware of this, so I report it again. And thank you for your great work

Edit: The ships start loading around September of 1822.

I think that I may well have fixed this bug (although I used a different example than the saved game that you uploaded, as I noticed it elsewhere). Would you be able to re-test with to-morrow's nightly and let me know whether this is fixed or still recurs? Thank you.
