Crash in the replacement window

While trying to replace a train with a Class 373, the game crashes when I append a rear end power coach or insert a front end power coach.

Create a convoy, assign a schedule and start the vehicle. Open the replacer on the convoy and change append vehicles to insert vehicles. Inserting any vehicle will crash the game.

This works best with horse-drawn carriages, where you would insert an extra pair of horses.

I noticed this while on the server game, which I probably have crashed.

I think that I have fixed this - I should be grateful if you could re-test and confirm with to-morrow's nightly build.

Edit: Incidentally, I have merged these two topics, as I think that they both report the same bug.

Thank you very much James. Also, this last change in industry really adds to the immersion and visuals it's a big step forward. Do you think the cattle/meat chains could find multiple consumers? It's very noticeable in the server game.

Thank you for confirming the fix. I should be grateful if you could start another thread regarding industry chains, as it is extremely hard to keep track of issues when multiple issues are posted in one thread.
