[Online Games] A button to copy chat messages

Hello how are you ?.

In online games, we usually find messages written in another language or even in another dictionary (such as Japanese). Some players need to translate that messages to understand what they say, unfortunately there is no method that allows us to copy those messages to the clipboard for later translation.

I attach a new component to the title bar, I mean a button that allows us to copy the text contained in the window to the clipboard, I have already seen an app that does exactly that, and it would be something very useful for simutrans players.

I am happy to see this implementation, now it will be easier to translate the chat messages, hopefully something similar in extending.
