[Scenario] Map divided into regions.

I leave this scenario to play online, allows each player to own a region.

Scenario: regions-lite-v2.2.1.zip

Note: This scenario is loaded in the current map / game, and can work in the main paksets.
Rules:

   
• The player could choose who to share his region with.
• The stations of other players can be deleted by the owner of that region.
• Text label of other players can also be deleted.
• Players can eliminate public service stations, as long as they are in their own region.
• The number of regions and border borders can be configured from the public service.
