In this saved game, you can see that two trains collide around 1:26:00. (´・ω・`)

The cause of this is directional reservation cannot across the single track station in some case like this.

However, make St. James brhh Lake station smaller to 1 tile like this just after loading the save.

Then directional reservation heading east will be able to pass through the station even if train is scheduled to stop at the station.

I think that this is correct behavior, but the station got smaller ::'(

However, even in this case the reservation of heading west is broken and no directional reservation is created.

The heading east reservation works properly so you can avoid collisions occurring around 1:26:00  but this solution is not practical. ::(

In the depot there is a freight train of Line (2) which scheduled to pass through the St. James brhh Lake station.
When passing through St. James brhh Lake station, the signal works the same as if the station made small to 1 tile.

Thank you for your report. I have found the immediate cause of the problem: the signal at 101,40 is incorrectly coded with the direction "North" rather than "East and West". Rebuilding the signal fixes this problem.

However, I cannot reproduce the circumstances in which building this signal encodes the incorrect direction in the first place, and saving/loading the game with the corrected signal confirms that the corrected direction remains encoded, so I cannot reproduce the ultimate cause of this so as to effect a fix to the code.

It is a mystery how I made the direction of that signal "north"... That signal look like a bidirectional signal though.
I think that I built the track, the signal and the station as usual...

Very odd. If you can ever reproduce the conditions in which the incorrect direction of signal gets built, I should be grateful if you could post this in a bug report.
