when I'm moving some goods with cars, I had doubt.
there are two factory.
Factory A have two chain, to Factory B and to Factory C.
And, factory E have a chain, to Factory C.

and, there are three route.
Factory A to B
Factory E to B

Factory A to C

When these condition have three result.
1. When Route A to B is established, Factory A provides Factory B goods. (yup, this is normal goods chain.)
2. When Route A to C is established, Factory A provides Factory C goods. (this is normally, too.)

3. When Route E to B is established, Factory B provides Factory C goods.

This is sure, simutrans have a specification that when Factory chain and route are properly connected, Factory provides a goods.
And station belongs to public works, that can transfer goods from company to another company.

This idea is contradict to simutrans's specification, but possible to realise?

Looks intended to me...

Why would you not want goods to move from E to C via E and A? It would make the route A to B extremely profitable due to double directional shipping. Also why are B to E and A to C even routes if one does not want goods moving from C to E?

Sorry, I had lack of explanation.

That case, better to build a direct route E to C.
No need to build a route E to B.
And When Route E to B established, Factory E provides Factory C goods.

What I really want to say is,
Factory E and A have two chain, to B and to C.
I want to transport E to B, but not want to do it E through A to C.
Station of B wants to load off goods only.

If Route A to B has a very low-capacity (or Station of B has low-capacity) from some reason, may not better to use double directional shipping.
And if use 'wait until loading' and 'waiting time', when running cost is more expensive than maintenance cost,
not better for amount profit price.
But if only use 'wait until loading', not need to pay running cost.

But this is game, may should not to too much thought.
This is a bit different.

Then do so. It will stop the transfers as routing prefers fewer transfers followed by fewer stops.
