Slight improving of vehicle display

Hi. I tried slight improving of vehicle display for some dialog.

In summary:
(1)Displays the currently selected Livery Scheme.
(2)Corresponds to the direction of the bidirectional train.

Currently Livery Scheme is displayed correctly only in the main game window or when newly manufactured in the depot.
In the Vehicle List window, Convoy detail window and Line Management dialog, even if a different Livery scheme is selected, the default Livery scheme is displayed.


This fix will show up in the current selected Livery Scheme like this.


There is Pulldown menu in the Line Management dialog, but I could not figure out what this is for...
(It can hardly be selected because of station lists. So I click the left and right arrow though...)
I noticed that I can change Livery scheme at once by using this. However, the Convoy List in the Line Management dialog always displays the default Livery scheme, so we need to check the appearance in the main game window.
It is very useful if the current selected Livery Scheme is displayed.

Currently, the Multiple Units train turn arround then the order is reversed but the direction is not reversed.


In this case change the image northward.
Things like a steam locomotive are still as before.
