Show upgrade price in depot window

Hi. Ranran tried a slight improvement of the depot window. (´・ω・｀)

(1) Show upgrade price in depot window
Display upgrade price next to cost in the following cases:
a) When Upgrade mode is selected
b) Only upgraded from an existing vehicle if checked "show all" and not selling mode. (It shows Lilac underbar)


Yes, I found TODO comment about this in the code. Does this work well?
This adds one translatable text.

(2) Hide obsolete checkbox option when timeline off
This is a supplement to this patch though.
These check boxes are hidden when playing with timeline off because they are meaningless then.
