Bug: City attractions do not inherit the number of last year visitors and commut

Attraction building which belongs to city does not inherit the number record of "Commuters this year" and "Visitors this year" when switching to the new year. Please check school, grave, football ground, cricket ground etc. They should display 0 in the value of "Commuters last year" and "Visitors last year" every year.

The attractions in the wilderness and the monuments in the city correctly inherit the numerical values.
