[r8672] schedule dialog: month wait time not registered

In the schedule dialog the "month wait time" is not registered, any set value is reset to zero when the dialog is changed or closed.

We are nearly there :-) The month wait time is registered when the maximum load is altered afterwards. If maximum load is not altered, month wait time keeps the value that was active when the schedule dialog was opened.

It only affects schedule editing of lines (not of individual vehicles).
