FR bogie brake van - upgrade to fitted is wrong

I have noticed that the FR bogie van (mail) can be upgraded to FR 7-compartment tricomposite (passenger) continuosly braked van. However it should be upgradeable to continuosly braked mail van. Here is a fix:
