[r8717] can't rename factory.

in r8717,I tried rename for factory,but can't rename factory.
tried Alphabet and Japanese,but not success.
I using operation system Ubuntu 18.04 x64.

I tried rename success when station name,vehicle name,company name,city name and Route Schedule name.
I can Route schedule name renamed by both route schedule list and Depot.
