Bug: Waiting for clearance forever

This is probably related to abnormal vehicle order which I reported yesterday.

Reproduction procedure:
1) Load this saved game. The train left just "sands" station and head to "country" station.
2) Change the schedule to head to "sands" station before arriving at "country" station.
3) The train starts reversing, then press the go to depot button before the train starts running.
4) The train will waiting clearance forever, but there are no trains to disturb anywhere. It is meaningless to cancel the signal reservation.

Note:
This bug does not reproduce when moving in the opposite direction. (I guess the direction of convoy is relevant.)
This bug does not occur before the cargo van order is disturbed.


The stuck train will start to run again when you reload the saved game.
