Products Not Loading (Again)

I have read through the forums and I've noticed that this is relatively common and is usually a user error. I've gone through the steps that seem to rectify this problem but still to no avail.

My saved game is at 'http://public.me.com/pjlaszkowicz' and is called 'pjl1.sve', so if someone could let me know what's going on it'd be really useful. It's frustrating to play a game long term and then have this happen causing bankruptcy. The problem currently exists in a steel relay I've set up at a Goods Factory where some of the steel I want to cache for the Electronics Factory.

Actually, this is a fairly newbie mistake. The steel was being provided already from other locations and the Electronics Factory was full...
